Description:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Global Account Executive is responsible for generating new revenue through prospecting, presenting, and selling enterprise technology products and services to new small-and-medium-sized business (SMB) customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of a #TECHOnPurpose Global Account Executive include, but are not limited to, all of the following:

  • Present and sell company WEB & IT products and services to well qualified new clients
  • Be a “hunter” – aggressively ID and target new prospects
  • Work with #TECHOnPurpose staff to prepare and present proposals and responses to RFP’s
  • Leverage sales supportstaff, social media, online technology, and productivity tools to get the job done
  • Track and report lead, prospect and sales activity as directed
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with companystaff, customers and vendor partners to maximize sales success and customer satisfaction.
  • Cohesively work with staff, customers and vendor partners to facilitate smooth transition through the pre-sales, implementation and post-sales processes
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quota targets

Requirements:
Experience, education, other credentials and requirements for this position include:

  • Must passionately align with HumaniTV mission, means and marketplace
  • MUST be a hunter, self motivated w/5+ years of proven selling success to SMBs
  • Proven technical proficiency and aptitude for learning new technology
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Above average ability to identify innovative solutions to meet or exceed customer needs, and articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to succeed and thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment while operating as an independently motivated achiever
  • Proven track record of exemplary customer service skills in bottom line revenue impacting roles

Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (candidates without degrees may be considered if they can demonstrate an exceptional track record with credible references)
